Orange and passion Fruit juice.



Easy Orange and passion Fruit juice.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3
Recipe adapted from- australianfood.about.com
Ingredients:
  1. Navel Oranges - 5
  2. Passion Fruits- 2
Instructions:
  • Cut the orange into halves.Squeeze out the juice using a cirtus juicer.Keep aside.
  • Halve the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into a bowl.Beat well using a fork for about 30 seconds.In a jug,combine together orange juice and passion fruit pulp.Serve chilled.
  • NOTES
    • Add sugar to taste ,if desired.

                1. Mixed Berries - 1 Cup(blueberries,raspberries,strawberries,blackberries,cranberries) 
                2. Spinach or Kale- 1/2 cup
                3. Flax seeds,ground- 1 tsp
                4. Ginger-1/2 " piece
                5. Green tea ,chilled- as required( made with 1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose tea)
                6. Honey /maple syrup or cane sugar- to taste
                7. Cold pressed coconut oil- 2 tsp
                Instructions:
              • Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.Serve immediately.
              • NOTES
                • You can substitute flax seeds with chia seeds or walnuts.
